Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to address the student’s attainment of all eight behaviors that are specific outcomes of the nursing program including: critical thinking, nursing practice, communication, teaching, research, leadership, professionalism, and culture.

Student Approach to Assignment

This paper summarizes my progression from the beginning of the nursing program to the end. There are specific examples that address how I grew throughout the program as well as my evolvement with the eight core competencies: critical thinking, nursing practice, communication, teaching, leadership, professionalism, and culture. This paper illustrates my personal progress as I leave the nursing program and enter the field of nursing.
